Has this happens to anyone else? The prices for my listings keep on getting lower every week
For the last couple of months I've noticed that every week the prices change on my listing and keep on getting lower, I've sold a jacket that it was originally 104, it sold for 64, I didn't change the price, I keep changing prices to the original amount, and in about a week sure enough is again discounted. I've looked if maybe I turned something on by mistake, but I can't figure out how to turn this off, It's so frustrating and time consuming, not to mention the money loss when an item sells for less than it was original listed for. I would appreciate if anyone had any feedback

·5 months agoThis is something you may have turned on by accident while listing your items. You should be able to turn this off for future listings, but may have to go in and edit each listing to remove it from current listings.
To do so for current listings, go to one of your listings and click "edit". go down to the "Pricing" section and to the top right click "See pricing options". In that drop down should be an option for "Auto price reduction" and click the switch next to it to turn it off (make sure its not blue). Then just click out of the drop down window and you should see it gone from the "Pricing" section. Now go to the bottom and click "Revise It".
You may need to do this for each individual listing as I dont know if it can be done while bulk editing.

·5 months agoHave you, or do you send offers to watchers? If so, your "Automated Offers" box was accidentally checked.

·5 months agoIt sounds like your Automated Offers box has been checked accidentally.
Go to your "All Filters" and select "Send Offers (Sent)" and populate. You should be able to uncheck the box in "Manage Offers".
