Has eBay International Shipping been disabled for Eyeglass Frames category?
Seems like all my listings in Health & Beauty>Vision Care>Eyeglass Frames are no longer eligible for eBay International Shipping. Many listings I've seen in the same category from other sellers also don't have EIS. Other categories still work. The category is not on eBay's restricted list. Has eBay made any kind of announcement about this?

·1 week agoClass I Medical Devices: In many major international markets—including the European Union (under MDR regulations) and the UK—eyeglass frames are legally classified as Class I medical devices.
If a country strictly regulates eyeglass frames as medical equipment requiring specific importer licenses, CE marking compliance, or manufacturer registration, eBay’s automated compliance algorithms will block the entire category to protect themselves from customs seizures or fines

·1 week agoEbay International Shipping msg to buyer item did not pass inspection/was liquidated. Ebay refunded buyer in full. My msg not shipped pos due to import restrictions or eligibility. I keep sale. Buyer &I want an explanation so it doesn't happen again.jonesNy Silk Blend Scarf/china...all on tag ? Any idea as to problem? Please help.
