I am posting here to report a case of targeted harassment by a buyer on this platform, account [removed by moderator].
Following a factual reply I posted to a comment on one of my listings, this buyer sent a stream of abusive messages including personal insults, disability-related slurs, and 14 consecutive messages containing explicit offensive language.
I have already reported this through the in-platform tool and sent a formal email. I am posting here to make the community aware and to request that eBay support escalates this case urgently.
This behavior has no place on this platform. I am asking eBay to take immediate and permanent action against this account.
Has anyone else had similar experiences with this seller? Any advice on how to escalate further would be appreciated.

·4 months agoYou cannot name & shame anyone on this forum, I completely understand your situation & hopefully ebay will take action against this buyer, No one here can do anything to help escalate this case, But again we are not allowed to name & shame anyone here, But Good Luck to you!

Add the buyer to your BBL.
Do not respond to the buyer.
There is no one here who can or will escalate this to eBay.
eBay is not here. This is buyers and seller like yourself trying to help others with policy and ideas.
There is 0% chance anyone here has encountered this buyer.
There is no need to escalate further.
Just block the buyer and move on. Dont let him get under your skin.
Selling on eBay is not personal it is business.
