We all put off this year what we can do next year... and now that next year is here, what's going to be your plan for the year, the goal(s) you have set, and especially your expectations for how 2023 will unfold? My wife and I plan to get the house sold this year. My goal in that plan is to finish emptying everything out of the house - we already have an agent who will be selling it for us). My expectation is that it will get done but that I'm not going to be happy with the amount of 'stuff' I need to dispose of (ie: not keep any longer). I'm also planning to get my eBay inventory organized and out of my bedroom. There are several goals (foot pebbles) to getting this done (the mile stone) - getting the last of the racks in place, getting the PC equipment stacked for more compact and safe storage, switching from piece-by-piece sales to more bulk lot sales (net per piece is higher since shipping per piece is lower). My expectation is that I will be working on this all year and perhaps into 2024. We'll get the house emptied... getting the 'stuff' under control will take longer and is more personally uncomfortable. So what's up in your eBay career? -Bob.
