My legitimate sale has been duplicated by hacker, yet ebay favored on their behalf and charged tha amount i made on this sale back to my account! I can't reach them to defend myself!

·2 weeks ago · EditedSomeone hacked into your account, created a listing without you knowing, then when that item sold, kept all the proceeds for themself. I HATE IT WHEN THAT HAPPENS!

·2 weeks agoWhen eBay charged the sale amount back, did the case page clearly show you what claim was being made against you and what evidence or action you could still provide — or did you mostly just see the decision after it happened?

·3 weeks agoI can only find one recent sale by you, for a 1927 Bible. I do not see any other sales using the same photo by anyone else. Can you give us a little more step-by-step detail on what happened?
