Google Search shows ended listings first.

Has anyone else had this issue? I first noticed it after i had an offsite ads campaign months ago and ended that campaign at the behest of eBay's Ad specialist. I started another offsite campaign a few days ago and the issue is back. When I google a listing of mine, the first thing that comes up is the ended listing. The same thing happens in Duckduck Go in a different browser

Google's search has nothing to do with ebay.

Oh not true.

A large number of buyers come to Ebay through Google searches. The thing with Google is that it does not update as fast as Ebay does. Which is a BIG reason why Ebay moved to Auctions and Good till Cancelled listings. Better chance that more of those GTC listings will appear in the Google search.

I know a lot of people search google for stuff on ebay (which makes no sense to me) but what I was trying to say is that ebay has no control or say over what a google search shows.

If you're searching google for ebay stuff and the results bring back only ended listings, that's not something ebay can fix. It has nothing to do with ebay. That's a google issue. Agree?

I agree with that. But over the years Ebay has made changes on Ebay so that Google can serve us better.
