Glitches Lately
Has anyone else experienced glitches with newly listed items not showing up in their store?
I've had this happen a few times now, I list a new item, wait 10–20 minutes, and while it shows up under my listings, it doesn’t appear in my actual store.
To double check, I logged out and viewed my store as a guest. I could find my profile, but the new listings weren’t visible not under "Newly Listed" or within the store categories.
Is this a common issue, or just me?

·7 months agoAs of 01/03/2026, this is still a major issue when listing U.S. coins. It's infuriating, especially when you're talking about a promoted item! eBay fees go up and up (15.3%?!), yet the platform gets worse and worse. You can do a search for the exact listing title "1976 D Eisenhower Bicentennial Dollar $1 Type 2 Choice BU Ike Coin" (listed 24 hours ago) and it does not appear in the results. Any other category is instantaneous. eBay support is, as always, useless. They'll just try to Jedi mind-trick you by saying it's always been this way. Does anyone have any answers?

·11 months agoJust spoke with eBay today and they are updating the listing application and have only migrated some people to the current update. It flipped between the new format to list/revise and the old in the midst of simply revising one for us today. It is a known issue but I suspect you may be experiencing the general crash of their systems since the also decided to do another major IT update on seller listings at the same time. Keep trying and hopefully it will resolve. Best of luck!

·11 months agoSome listings will take as long as 24 hours or more to become active.
There may be a delay after they become active before they appear in the search or your store.

·11 months agoit can take 24 hrs to show up, especially in some categories.........military, electronics, etc..... I wouldn't worry til after that.........
