    giving a partial refund

    I would like to give a partial refund to a buyer.....I can't find a drop down anywhere with this option....so frustrating.  All posts with suggestions are from last year or older and of course pages are changed and can't find it anywhere!   help!

    You go "Manage orders awaiting shipment"  or " Manage paid and shipped orders" . and from the drop down menu you select ' send refund'
