general account issues
i am selling on ebay since 7 months recently i received an email which says that cant list due to selling previlige i dont know what is the reason my transaction defect rate is 1 which is good also in the dashboard it shows 4 transaction have it what is this but still i know how to resolve it but is is frustrating

Looks like you're dropshipping from Aliexpress, which is not allowed.
Since you only ship to the US, I think your items are located in the US and not Pakistan like your listings show, another policy violation.

·8 months agoYou have a neg indicating that the item doesn't match the pictures and a neutral indicating that you canceled an order.

1 defect out of just 4 transactions is NOT good! That's a 25% defect rate!
Do you have the items in your possession or are you having them dropshipped from a "supplier?"
