Gallery Plus Fee???

I have just noticed I am being charged this "gallery plus fee" on every sale. I thought gallery plus would be for some sort of enhanced photo of the item and I have never done that. Can anyone enlighten me on this additional charge to my account?

Does this **bleep** mean that when listings are automatically

re-listed every 30 days, they charge this extra fee?

This is fraud!
