full refund given without return of merchandise
i shipped a polo ralph lauren crew neck via fed ex with tracking bought pre paid ebay label shipped out same day shows scanned into system but not delivered customer filed never received was fully refunded never got my merchandise back and fed x tracking still shows in system as waiting for delivery still active in system

·3 weeks agoAs a seller when you ship something you take responsibility for that item to get to the buyer. If it doesn't get to the buyer then the buyer can get a full refund. You must now file an insurance claim with Fed Ex or try to get them to track this package.
