Free 250 items per month not re-listing without charging as another listing | Selling

In the past ebay has relisted unsold items up to eight times without charging me for another item. Recently they have started doing this under the free 250 items per month. Last month they just removed all of my husbands listings to unsold at one time. Has anyone else experienced this?
