I'm confident I know who some of our store's followers are, because they keep buying things that we list within minutes or hours, but not consistently the same things, so I doubt they have saved searches set up for all the things they buy from us. One who just placed another order today has ordered from us 38 times in the past 2 years.

Yes it's simple to test/check/know a few but there's no way of actually knowing whether dozens of others really exist.
They probably do but I just don't trust the numbers to add up or to be relevant. You can have lots of watchers which have no real relevance in actually selling an item. And followers are just a variation of watchers. Watching the seller instead of the sellers items.

·1 year agoI have found that you can see your followers BUT you can only see them on a PC / laptop/ tablet -- not on the app. When someone makes a purchase:
Seller hub> orders> paid & shipped> buyers name
Click on the buyer's name and it will show this and any previous purchases and if they are following you.
While you can't see a list of all your followers at once you can at least do this.

·1 year agoIt's hard enough to believe they even exist and aren't a figment of ebay's imagination, like any of the "hidden" things on the site.

·1 year agoIn addition to what @mam98031 mentioned, you can also send them coupons. I've been able to get a few repeat buyers that way.

·1 year agoNo Ebay doesn't allow that. That would be an open invitation for sellers to contact those buyers directly and that is a NO NO.
You can send them news letters. Or they get notified is you run a Markdown Sale. Followers do have value.

·1 year agoSorry but you can't see who the followers are (but you used to be able to years ago).
