How do you find a 6-digit pick up confirmation number on an email. Buyer picked up item but did not have a code or qr code. I want to confirm pick up in the system. It requires a 6-digit code. I looked at every e-mail exchanged with the buyer - nothing. No way to close the transaction??

·2 weeks ago@kenneth740 Uh-oh. If you didn't get the code from the buyer and if the QR code was not scanned, you messed up. Better hope your buyer is as unfamiliar with how pick up works as you are. It would be a shame if they claim they never got the item from you. You'd be stuck having to refund.

·2 weeks agoThe 6-digit code is sent to the buyer along with the QR code, the seller never sees it until the buyer shows up and gives you the number from the email THEY receive from eBay.
