Filter Active Listings by on sale/not on sale?
So this may not be possible or may require some very technical knowledge (with I’m ok with), but I cannot find a way to filter my list of Active Listings to only show those that are currently in a sale event (I’d guess that’s usually about 30-40% of our listings, maybe less, since everything over 6 months old gets put into tiered sale events). I can visually see it when I scroll through the list, since sale items have the price in red and the previous price below with strikethrough. But I cannot seem to generate a list that is only the ones on sale, or the ones not on sale (that’s actually my end goal, since I want to find anything that should be on sale or should be manually discounted or purged). I don’t see anything when I download a csv of my active listings that indicates whether an item is on sale or not either. I went through a somewhat complicated process of comparing the current listing prices to what we have entered in our massive spreadsheet, and could get a list of things that were still at the original price, but that wouldn’t show me anything that I manually changed the price on at some point, plus it was tedious and I ended up making mistakes and discounting a few things I didn’t intend to. I’d love to find a simpler way, if anyone has any ideas.

·8 months agoMy newly listed items arent reflecting my sale event at all. Spent an hour on chat with the guy telling me i need to add them all manually when my sale event is for all inventory.

·8 months agoWhat about the "Discount" column? My whole store is on sale right now so I can't test it to see if there's a way to sort that column, but I would think you could if only part of the store is on sale.

OP8 months agoUnfortunately it shows the same, it’s not a sortable column. Probably because it’s displaying more than just a number or name.

·8 months agoHow about the Marketing page? Is there a way to import the report showing all the sale items into a spreadsheet, do the same with your active listings, and then eliminate all the duplicates to remove the sale items.
That should (in theory) leave just your non-sale items.

OP8 months agoI just got back to this, and I am not seeing any way to download a report from there. It loads as a web page, instead of offering a downloadable format, and it's not even in a display method that I think I could easily copy and paste into a spreadsheet. Thanks for the suggestion! It just doesn't look like it will work.
