File claim?
I recently sold a product on ebay , product mailed out via usps ground, it showed as delivered but buyer says never made to mailbox. I personally contacted usps about this and they investigated, they replied with that the gps was not at the buyers home when it was scanned delivered but have no idea where package has gone. So as far as usps is concerned the package was delivered. I am a new seller and want to help the buyer and do the right thing if this whole thing isn't a scam idk, but he needs my info to file a usps claim and I'm not particularly eager to divulge that info. What should I do? Please and thanks.

·1 year agoFirst, apologize and refund the buyer. Normally I wouldn't do this but in this case the usps is admitting it was not delivered at the correct address.
Then it is your job to pursue this matter with the usps.
