A well-documented technical glitchsimply typeebay duplicate and 2000 results come up,ebay duplicate glitch and 117 results show upebay duplicate error and 172 results are shown As of today 17th June 2023, there are thousands of comments on this issue dating back to 2017Why has ebay yet not fixed this problemWorse still I spoke with an agent today who stated to me that ebay were unaware of this problemThis problem has caused me to receive negative feedback as a buyer was unhappy with cancelling the sale (due to the technical error) Ebay refuse to acknowledge this and worse still refuse to remove the feedbackI have made a complaint, asked for a copy to be sent to my Inbox and will repost my reply This highlights how ineffective/incompetent they are at not just dealing with their own glitches but refusing to fail to acknowledge the problem despite the thousands of complaints and comments remains unresolved by ebay despite the years
