Feedback Revison FOllowing Technical Glitch which Duplicates Listings Ignored
A well-documented technical glitch
simply type
ebay duplicate and 2000 results come up,
ebay duplicate glitch and 117 results show up
ebay duplicate error and 172 results are shown
As of today 17th June 2023, there are thousands of comments on this issue dating back to 2017
Why has ebay yet not fixed this problem
Worse still I spoke with an agent today who stated to me that ebay were unaware of this problem
This problem has caused me to receive negative feedback as a buyer was unhappy with cancelling the sale (due to the technical error)
Ebay refuse to acknowledge this and worse still refuse to remove the feedback
I have made a complaint, asked for a copy to be sent to my Inbox and will repost my reply
This highlights how ineffective/incompetent they are at not just dealing with their own glitches but refusing to fail to acknowledge the problem despite the thousands of complaints and comments
remains unresolved by ebay despite the years
Have you looked in your account settings to be sure the Out Of Stock option is turned off?
Mine is off and I never had an issue of items relisting themselves after being sold.

Regarding feedback removal. The feedback you received doesn’t qualify for removal by eBay.
