·1 month agoThose are automated feedback which is a program that Ebay started in September of last year to help sellers receive feedback to increase percentages on transactions which have gone smoothly without issue. You can find out what transactions were left for automated feedback by clicking automated feedback in your profile.

·1 month agoI can't get your feedback page to open for some reason, but it is probably automatic feedback. Go to your feedback and click on the box to show automated feedback, which is on the right side. This is left by eBay if the transaction goes according to plan and the buyer doesn't leave feedback.

·1 month agoIt’s a Khoros bug (the software the forums run on), not an eBay one. Shouldn’t be an issue after the forum switch.

·1 month agoThe bug seems to be connected to the OP changing their user/screen name. The Feedback/view listings is still connected to their old name and for some unknown reason cannot be found when searching using their new name.
Anyway, that is the reason I saw posted a while back.

·1 month agoYep, the Khoros forum software used to update the link when the username was changed, but that stopped working quite a while ago.
