Feedback Anomaly?
I searched these forums but didn't find any mention of this.
I was checking a buyer's feedback left for others and noticed something curious. We all know that feedback can be removed as a whole, but I've never seen a rating removed with the comment remaining. Is there a known eBay policy or procedure that would explain this?

If you go back, can you see it if you reload the same page? I'm guessing it would be tough to try and track it down on the seller's feedback page.

As far as hunting for it on the seller's side, yeah, I tried that before I posted here. I didn't get far before I decided life was too short.

Only thing I can think of here is that I notice the feedback is stated as over 5 years old, which would put it back in an era when manual intervention and alterations to feedback were a little easier to achieve through eBay. Perhaps someone stepped in to remove part of the data, and the current feedback page doesn't know how to render the incomplete data that remains for that comment.
