In my opinion if you have a No returns policy then expect to get a negative feedback from time to time.

It's too bad this buyer didn't open a different type of case because then you would have been refunding them like it or not

That is a problem many sellers face from time to time, no matter what our return policy is.  A buyer abusing the system and not filing the claim accurately.  I do NOT think it is "too bad" that the buyer was being honest.  It is what all sellers should hope for and we should be able to expect, but we can't.  It is abuse when a buyer opens a claim for an inaccurate reason and that should be something reported to Ebay when they do that so Ebay can take action if the buyer is a repeat offender.

And the lesson to be learned:

If you insist on a No Returns policy you will get negative feedbacks from buyers who believe your policy is unreasonable. Understand - it doesn't actually have to BE unreasonable - it only matters that they THINK it is unreasonable.

Choose: An occasional return or an occasional negative feedback. Pick one.

As said above, there's nothing in that feedback that appears to violate policy.

Feedback removal requests can be submitted here:

    https://www.ebay.com/sellerhelp

Sending a feedback revision request to the buyer can be done on your feedback page next to the neg comment, but don't send one unless the buyer agrees in advance to revise it. Based on the exchange between the two of you, that seems pretty unlikely in this situation.

You don't...feedback is the buyers opinion and experience.  You denied a buyer's request for a return.  No returns does not mean no refunds.  Anything can be returnable.  All buyers are entitled to a money back guarantee for up to 30 days.  Your replies to your feedback are wrong which is why they left a negative experience for you as a seller.  Read this:

But they can only Deny the Return Request if it is a properly filed Buyer's Remorse return.  If they had filed an INAD, the seller can't deny it.  They can try to fight it but likely lose and will end up refunding.

Neither of your negatives violate the feedback rules. You could request a revision, but don't hold your breath as that would require the buyer to revise it.
