I had 100 percent feedback and had 348 buying and selling transactions but had not done much on Ebay for the past few years. I went to sell something and it shows the 348 but nothing as far as feedback. What is going on. Tried to call customer service but not able to get a hold of them, will try again

And ebay agrees. That is why you do not have any new feedback in the last 12 months as shown on your feedback.
There is no reason to call ebay for this.

·2 years agoThat's why the feedback box shows zero -- it's based on the past 12 months, as is your percentage.
With no feedback in the past 12 months (or far longer), your feedback percentage is zero but as soon as you get just one positive feedback, it will jump up to 10%.

·2 years agoYour 348 is there. You have zeros showing for the past 12 months, so as soon as you get one new feedback your percentage for the past year will show.
