feedback
Is there any way to request feedback without sounding pushy? There should be a request feedback button to send to your buyers. I almost always get feedback when I buy, but it's really hit or miss for selling

·3 years agoEbay takes care of that reminder for you, so there is no need for you to do it. You are doing just fine.

·3 years agoIf they aren't happy to leave it, and you push, you may not get a happy feedback left for you.

·3 years agoI get feedback on less than 15% of sales here on eBay. I have had 1 feedback on AMZ over the last 500 or so sales.
If you are talking about feedback for this account you posted with, your account looks great at a quick glance.
I would not be concerned.

·3 years agoPersonally, I'd be resentful of a buyer who requested FB. AFAIK, I have always left it.
Sometimes the reason a buyer does not leave it is that he was not 100% satisfied with the transaction, but didn't want to be responsible for trashing the seller's FB. That's a sleeping bear you do not want to poke.

·3 years agoIt's completely voluntary, and from what I've been told, ebay tends to frown on sellers who ask buyers for it.
I've had sellers I know ask me for it in the past, most are also friends of mine outside of this site, so it's more friendly conversation than anything else. But having a seller I don't know ask for feedback out of the blue makes me bristle, especially when it's on the same day the item arrived. I see your point, and I always leave feedback, but for what it's worth, I wouldn't start requesting it.

·3 years agoI've never heard of ebay minding if we ask for feedback. Heck, they send reminders themselves. It is buyers that usually don't want the annoying requests. I wish ebay wouldn't do it either on our behalf. Each time we ask for feedback, we run the risk of it being a negative. No feedback is better than that.
