Feed Removed???
I submitted a request to have neutral feedback removed and Ebay complied. The written feedback was gone and so was the number under feedback "positive", "neutral" and "negative."
Today I received positive feedback but noticed the neutral number was back, but the actual written feedback was still gone. If you click on the number under "neutral" nothing happens.
What's going on here? Also, under my purchase history the icons and nomenclatures for feedback given and received are gone along with the $ showing paid. This was convenient so why would Ebay remove it?

·3 years agoIt's probably a glitch. I bet it will go away on its own, but if not I would cotact ebay about it.

A neutral doesn't count as a negative or a positive...it is what it is, a neutral. Why it was replaced I couldn't tell you, but I really wouldn't invest in too much energy into it. It happens as people are entitled to their outlooks and opinions. Focus on all the awesome feedback you have from the rest of your customers who seem to be singing your praises. Don't let it get to you. It's just a neutral and will not affect your feedback score one way or the other.
