Fed ex shipping refund after damage on refused delivery
Long story short buyer refused delivery so item was returned to me severely damaged fed ex approved the damaged claim but refunds the shipping to original payment method which was eBay now fed ex won’t refund until the account number is verified and eBay won’t do anything until fed ex does the refund it’s 146.82

When a buyer "refuses" delivery, you don't have to do anything about that unless you wish to under normal circumstances according to eBay rules. Refusing delivery is suppose to void the buyer's protection under the Money Back Guarantee.
When you buy a FedEx label from eBay, it is eBay that they consider the "merchant" not you. Used to be FedEx would refuse to talk to you at all since you were not the merchant of record, but things may have changed of late. How did you file the claim? eBay should refund you when it is all settled. I have no idea how long that is supposed to take. Don't let any timelines expire, but when it gets close use one of the social media portals to ask. Regular CS will most likely be useless.

OP1 year agoI filed the claim online with fed ex and they mailed me 100 dollars check. It’s just the shipping fees which are 146.82 that I can’t get anyone to do anything about I’ve been told 6 different stories from customer service. This is my first sale and will most likely be my last
