FB Marketplace???????? results
THis may quickly get removed but I was wunderin if Facebook Marketplace is any good?
I know I do NOT want to sell several computers thru EBAY and risk all the %$^*(%$$#%^&^*( that seems associated with selling any computer and or parts? Just wondering as I ANT never tried it

·3 years agoI use FB Mktplace to move my large heavy items not suitable for selling on eBay, due to the shipping hassles.

·3 years agoAs usual, facebook seems to be exempt from the government law, such as taxation requirements of ebay.
One uses facebook at their own risk. Oddly, people like the risk.

·3 years agoWhat risk? Problems with FBM sales / buyers - 0. Problems with eBay sales / buyers - almost monthly! Not 1 single claim of an INAD or INR on FBM. I have pick up or mail. If something does not work, I refund without the hassle of whether I am getting the correct item back!

·3 years agoI don't sell computers, parts, etc. on FBM but I do get lucky sometimes. From Wed-Sun, I sold $885 on FBM. I haven't been getting even close to that in **1 MONTH** on eBay. Best of luck to you. 🙂

·3 years agoI find FB to be a VERY good venue to move items through. It has it's own risks but they are much more in the sellers control than they are with eBay. I sell about 60% of my items through FB and other local forums. Not as big of a buyer base of course but I am able to list the items somewhat cheaper due to lower, or no, fees and neither the buyer or I have to worry about shipping issues/costs, at least most of the time.
