False INR rate for items that are actually delivered
Please help, my seller account is restricted to sell to US and Canada due to bad INR rate (Item nor Received). I have 3 items as not received because Ebay track and trace hasn't marked the items as received, but all of the items are received by buyers, I have positive feedback for them and if you track those items on my native post office site you can see that all are delivered. What I can do? Unfortunately Ebay support is not helpful, they are writing answers like machines, without really reading what I have wrote in the first place. Is there possibility to talk with some agent? I'm from Serbia, Europe. Thanks
