Experiences with Listings Marked as Unsold After a Sale
Has anyone experienced a situation on eBay where an item was marked as unsold even though it was actually sold? I'm curious about what happened and how you resolved it. Did it have any impact on your seller ratings or future sales? Looking forward to hearing your stories and any tips on how to handle this if it occurs!
I have had multiple items show up as sold and unsold by Ebay over the years. I initially though that I had accidently listed the item twice but it has happened too many times. The issue is that the second sale cannot go through because I no longer have the item. As a result, I have had angry buyers and once received a negative feedback from the NO SALE. I have contacted Ebay and they of course deny that it is their problem. Now, I have to keep tabs on over 400 listed items to make sure they are not relisted if already sold.
Anyone else have this happen?
