EU Buyer - CANNOT SHIP TO HIS ADDRESS?

Hello,

I have my international shipping turned on but I have an EU buyer that says when he goes in to the listing to purchase it says cannot ship to his address. Again international shipping is turned on I do not understand why he is unable to purchase. Any ideas? TIA

Not every category can be shipped to every country. Many countries have specific restrictions on certain items.

In addition to bladed items, many items in Toys and Hobbies cannot be shipped to the UK without meeting specific certification requirements which can be challenging to obtain for older items. The result is whole categories that are not eligible for shipping to certain countries.
