Error code 37 on ebay bulk listing-Â Error - Input data for tag <ExternalProductID.Type> is invalid o

Hello, I REALLY Need some help. I have been trying to make this bulk upload work for some time now and continuously receive the same error code 37 - Error - Input data for tag <ExternalProductID.Type> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.|ExternalProductID.Type|. I have all the information needed and am stuck. I feel like I have exhausted all options, looked at other answers but no-one has answered my specific need. Please note that I am just uploading a snapshot of my csv file. Please tell me the next steps I need to do to remove this error code 37.

is there an email or a phone number I can reach out to eBay support for to get this sorted out?

Hi Tamy

Sorry for your frustration. What are you trying to sell that you are getting these codes? You're a new seller & you may have limits as to how much you can sell, not to mention you are selling a lot of new, high dollar items. That can call an account into question and raise red flags. If you need help via CS, go to this link and tell them what the problem is?

Hello, thank you for responding. my current limit is 250 items, I have only that amount uploaded. Usually the price is not the issue. is there someone I can reach out to to see what error code 37 means and how it can be solved? Any resources help.

Type
ExternalProductID
ExternalProductID.Type

Then, I added C:Type column as stated. Then, it changed the error codes that I am now receiving on my csv. However, the first two still say error code 37. Are you able to assist me with the next following errors? I am unsure what they mean. Can you please help me with all of the errors for a smooth upload? thank you!
