Endlessly getting ripped off by Chinese copycat sellers
Is there a solution to endlessly getting ripped off my chinese copy cat sellers?
Every time I make and design a new product, it gets ripped off in no time.
They steal my Product name, and description then undercut me.
The chinese turnaround is like 3 weeks now. it's insane how quick they steal my stuff.
I vet every address, but they are obviously using real US residential addresses now.
I can't filter the fake buyers like I did before with 3rd party shippers.
WHY does eBay allow this?

·1 year agoI am assuming that you are personally producing some of those auto parts?
Just add some poison to your product mix. Parts that don't exist. 3rd Generation Camaro Spindle winders, flasher spacers, etc. Maybe they will stop copying you after they keep getting burned making parts that don't exist.

·1 year agoI use to have a business acquaintance that I would see at trade shows. He designed shirts. He told me he had at most two shipments before the Chinese would copy and undercut him. Resistance is futile against the Chinese hive.

·1 year agoAs with many other things outside of ebay, not really with any real results. It's like an endless cat and mouse game.

·1 year agoBecause you're making things that are easy to copy? I assume you're using a 3D printer, vinyl printer, etc.
eBay doesn't care as long as they make money.

·1 year agoThe only thing you can do is report the problem to Ebay if you see a listing which is copying your design. There will always be copy cat sellers. It's just your duty to report listings with any suspicious activity.
