Ending active listings... 17 out of 26 never showed up in unsold.
Twice now I've ended listings to revise and relist them only to have 17 out of 26 never make it to the unsold folder. This is a HUGE problem because now I don't even know what those 17 listings were. They're just gone. Now I can't feel confident about ending listings to work on them.
Please fix this issue.

They should reappear within a few hours. This happens every Feb 28th.
On Feb 28th the system is overloaded with listing renewals from the 28, 29, 30 and 31 all renewing on the same day. As a result you'll see serious lags like "disappearing" listings, sold auctions on the inactive/ended page instead of the orders page, and lots of other glitchiness.

·6 months agoI have items on both "Manage active listings" and "Manage inactive listings". Some are sold; some are not. What a mess. They need to fix their software.
