Ended listings are not in the unsold tab
I just ended a bunch of listings so I could "relist/sell similar" and then went to my unsold menu. I relisted about 4 of them and the rest literally disappeared. Has this happened to anyone? Now my listings are gone and I don't even know which I had ended.

·5 months agoDid they just remove the ended listings so we cant relist easily or did they put it in another menu? I went to my ended and the menu is not there, this will make us relist stuff we dont have. IO have enough issues with this platform.

·5 months agoDid you check the "Inactive" listings? They've replaced Unsold with Inactive.

·7 months agoI just had this same thing happen to over 200 listings that I ended in order to refesh and relist. Ended them on 12/31/25. Went to relist them yesterday 1/3/26 and they are NOT in my unsold list. So eBay has NOT yet corrected this issue.

·8 months agoOne out of my 15 listings that were lost due to this glitch was restored yesterday and tonight, 4 more were restored so 10 are still missing!

·8 months agoIt's a bit risky, but for now, if you don't feel like dealing with drafts, just "sell similar" X number of your oldest items at a time under active listings, then end them once you are done with the bulk sell similar. It does give you winning-the-lottery odds of a double sale by accident, but you won't lose items.

·8 months agothis happened to me last week...thankfully I only ended 2 items at the time of the realizing this issue of them not show up in 'unsold' folder. About 2 days later they finally popped back up ! My advice, keep checking and refreshing that unsold folder. This is really cramping my Ebay Biz having to worry about this. Then today I forgot this issue 👩â€ðŸ’»[ I was in auto re-list mode ] and ended 118 items...NOOOO💢. its been an hour or so since ending items and they are starting to show up in unsold folder, bulks of 7 - 10 items at a time .... But I am very thankful none the less. 😚
So I guess I can't end + re-list anymore until this gets fixed ???

·8 months agoThis a a BIG problem eBay. I guess the only work around is saving a draft of listings before ending them.

·8 months agoI just called eBay about this....15 items I ended (out of 30 total) are in the eBay "twilight zone"! They could not help...just made a report. I end and sell similar ALL the time....every day. Not sure how to get these back!

·8 months agoI just got off of the phone with eBay. Supposedly they know that this is an issue (since 11/17/2025) and they are (allegedly) working on it.

·1 year agoThere appears to be a glitch. I ended several listings last night, relisted this morning and deleted the ended ones from my unsolds after I relisted. (I wish I hadn't deleted them and could test this for you!)
But when I look at my completed listings, only the sold ones are showing, not the "ended by the seller" ones.

Can you see them in your completed listings? If so, click on each listing and relist/sell similar from there.

·1 year agoHard to know without seeing it. Did you go back to your Unsold listings page from the Seller Hub again directly, to test if it was just a caching issue in your browser? Did you make sure no filters had accidentally been enabled in that view?

OP1 year agoI tried the link. It only shows the unsold listings that were already there.

·1 year agoDid you look from the buyer's side of the equation?
Filter for "Completed Items" from your Sellers "Other Items" List
Maybe they are still listed there.

OP1 year agoI just checked and they are not there either. I just ended another item to see if it would go into the unsold folder and it did. It only affected this large amount I did earlier.

·8 months agoMe too. Literally just now. 21 listings ended and gone! I end listings on occasion to relist or list similar. This is really annoying, as I don't know exactly, the 21 listings I ended. Going to be difficult to relist now.

·8 months agoI just called eBay. They said many sellers are experiencing this. That they're working on it and it will take 1-3 business days to fix the problem.. we'll see.
