End Listing not working - listing stays active
Just noticed this today 7/20/23, when I try to end a buy it now listing - it doesn't work. The listing stays active. I tried ending the listing about 10 times now and nothing. I tried different browsers. I cleared cache. Restarted computer. I'm using a laptop and chrome, but like i said, I tried different browsers and nothing will end the listing.

OP3 years agoYes, ending the listing from that page worked and actually ended the listing - Thank You! Don't know why I suddenly am unable to end listings from the drop down as usual (ended about 100 listings in the last 90 days without issue until today). Hopefully it is a temp glitch and will be fixed soon (as I am not the only one experiencing this). Once again, thank you for the helpful link - very much appreciated!

·3 years agoI ended a few listings a couple hours ago and it worked fine then, using a PC and FireFox..

·3 years agoI have no clue what’s going on with your inability to end items.
I just ended and relisted about 42 listings without difficulties bout 30 minutes ago. I’m on a PC using Edge.

OP3 years agoI'm on pc and i tried ending a listing with the Edge browser also and the listing will not end. I just saw now that there are 2 other threads about this issue by 2 separate people - 1 on Selling and 1 on Report Technical Issues - no solutions on either.

·3 years agowill not let you edit the listing in this way. I tried! The good news is, although time consuming and cumbersome, you CAN end it through the help dialog. Still not working today, July 21st.

·3 years agoIt could be a server issue that covers your area. One of eBays servers could be on the fritz.
If you have a mobile device, try the app see if that helps at all.

·3 years agoI have had this problem now for the third day. I have reported it to Ebay but it is still not working. Earlier in the week it was another side link button that was not working also. I have deleted all caches, cookies, etc etc. and restarted. Still does not work. It's eating up my listings and soon I will be charged for items relisting. Very annoyed. Also, I have two Ebay selling platforms and it is the same on both.

·3 years agoUse the link provided by crazystuff4sale. I was having the same issue. Nothing worked. But the link they gave worked like a charm!
