I have often had to create two or more listings for identical merchandise from different countries of origin. When one batch sold out, I created a new listing for the batch from the next country. The retail packaging was usually different so I uploaded new photos into the new listing.
A listing can get 10 Sold added to search results as sales accumulate. If you really want that reward, you could start with the total amount for all countries. Then monitor the listing and change the country of origin when the batch for the first country sells out. Would you remember to make the change at the proper time?
@ryry-jj@stephenmorgan I frequently run into this. I normally go with the country that produced "most" of the item. If I have something that was Made in China, but the manual was printed in the United States, I go with China. Now, if you are asking if that is correct or acceptable? Probably not. This is one of those things I'll cross the bridge on when it becomes an issue. So far, so good.

Check the product label, if available. Look for the term “Made in [country or territory]”. The label may be on a tag, the back or bottom of an item.
You may also find “Made in [country or territory]” on the original packaging or a product manual.
If it’s not labeled, you can search online or go to the manufacturer’s website.
Enter a valid country name in the “Country/Region of Origin” field in your listing under “Item Specifics”. Please note that selecting “Unknown” is not a valid entry.
If you have many listings, you can use the bulk edit toolto edit the “Country/Region of Origin” field.
Repeat these steps for any active or new listings that are available to international buyers.
No way to do it. Im still not clear how you list when there are multiple "country of origins" for just one item. For example, Lego components made in Denmark, Mexico, Hungary, China, Vietnam, USA and Czech Rep...what country gets the title?
You can't. They have to be separate listings for each Country of Origin if you want to sell them without problems internationally. Doesn't matter if they are for US sale only.

I have been able to add Yugoslavia, which no longer exists.

·4 months agoYea, but Yugoslavia was once a country so there are items that were made in Yugoslavia prior to them breaking up and becoming several countries.

·4 months agoYou can't. Obviously the items are not the same (and variations were designed to simply by 'size/color' with all items the same price.
