I'm in the US and a buyer in New Zealand sent an offer on a trading card. Have sold via EIS a few times however this time the card requires authentication. I read on the "ebayselleradvice" wiki that "Items going through authentication are currently NOT eligible for eIS" though perhaps that is outdated. When checking my listing on ebay and selecting shipping destination as NZ, it does not say eis, says "Check item description or contact seller for shipping options" - which suggests this is not part of eis. Does EIS support authentication?
