Ebays new help device. Go through all the hoops to get a representative, present them with problem
.......and they just hang up on you. This has happened to me twice now. I think their betting you don't want to jump through the "representative" hoops again. Customer service has deteriorated at an exponential rate.

·3 years agoAre you going through the eBay system ..Help and Contact.. to get to speak to an eBay Rep... or Calling a Phone Number that you find for eBay on line?..Those Numbers are Fraudulent and those who Answer often ask for money to help you..They are Not real eBay reps and Often Hang Up. Regular eBay Reps normally never hang up on you..at least not in the 25 years I have been on eBay...Unless you say something very rude..
or angrily demand something they cannot help with.

·3 years agoWhat "new help device"? Folks here have reported that you can get more help from eBay through Twitter or Facebook.
However, why not ask your question here. We might be able to help.

·3 years agoIt is not just Ebay but any rep that has no means to fix a caller's problem and the caller keeps calling back and/or demanding something be done, the rep really has no control over it so they usually will hang up on the caller. It is actually quite normal depending on the situation.

·3 years agothey are useless 75% of the time , ive been lied to so many times its crazy and ebay could careless , check trust pilot ebay has a 1.2 star rating and customer service is one of the big problem ... oh by the way the lowest you can be rated on trust pilot is 1 star

Perhaps try posting your question here. There are many knowledgeable sellers that could guide you in the right direction.
