Ebay needs to stop this program which from what I have learned goes though PSA. It would not be in Ebays best interest to connect themselves with a company would is doing the worst possible things the sports card hobby. I recently sold a card on ebay ( with 12000 positive feedbacks and a 100% seller rating) and had a card returned to me stating damage to the card. When I got it back there was no visible problems with the card and it cost me 385 dollars which Ebay made me refund. Why do honest sellers have to deal with situations like this if we are in high standing with Ebay? PSA has no right to handle a card I send to a buyer for any reason what so ever. If I wanted to spend the money to grade a card and pay the insane prices to do so and than wait 7 months to get it back with and up charge for a higher graded I would do that myself. Please Ebay, do away with your connection to PSA and better our experiences with you.

·4 months agoI backed away from purchasing two different pair of sneakers because the authenticity program popped up - I don't want to deal with it and purchased elsewhere. They were just Converse made in Vietnam...I mean, really?

·4 months agoI believe Nike is a VERO member, so it doesn't surprise me that their products would be subject to the Authentication Program.

·4 months agoI have had cards which went through the authenticity guarantee.
Any problems were my own fault, a failure to spell out all of the defects. My images were high-res and showed the flaws and the buyers accepted the cards I sold.
An extra day of delay in the buyer receiving his shipment was the total impact.
I feel no need for an authenticity guarantee program but feel no resistance to it either.
