·2 years agoWould you pay a $59 million fine if you made $90 million in profits?
And, in that situation, isn't the gov't a partner?

·2 years agoFirst, seven executives were charged, tried and convicted of juvenile school-yard retribution.
Devin Wenig, although the absolute genesis of this retribution, got off scott free with a severance package.
Now a $59 million fine because no one at eBay knows what a pill press is.
eBay needs to hire some adults to watch over the children.
We sellers are sick and tired of paying the price for eBays malfeasance.

·2 years agoLMAO. eBay arbitrarily pulls listings that follow the rules and are not any issue. Yet they have no problem selling items used in the illegal drug trade, devices that skirt EPA laws, and everything else.
Maybe this is how change come about at eBay. The government has to fine them to death before someone pays attention to the platform they are supposed to be running. Maybe that 1 billion dollar fine the EPA is proposing will get some attention from those at the top who are asleep at the wheel. LOL.
