Ebay Suspensions and restriction about invoices
Ebay requires from me to submit the invoices , should i request for this type of mail to ebay seller support.
"I understand the importance of ensuring a secure and reliable platform for all users.
As a new seller on eBay, I’ve been sourcing small batches of consumer goods from a mix of retail and online suppliers. At this stage, I do not have wholesale invoices to submit but am in the process of shifting toward verified suppliers who can provide proper documentation moving forward.
I respectfully request that you consider a grace period or allow continued selling with limited access while I align my sourcing methods with eBay’s compliance standards. I am fully committed to meeting the documentation requirements and will submit valid supplier invoices as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your guidance on how best to move forward."

Are you buying these items from other retailers before or after you sell them on Ebay?
If you're dropshipping from other retailers, that's not allowed.

·1 year agoYou should submit receipts for all the items in their request.

·1 year agoYou need to submit what they are asking for.
As far as suspending, that's up to Ebay, we don't know what they'll do.

·1 year agoAlso, your feedback is TERRIBLE. eBay says they don’t look at feedback when evaluating us, but I do think from what I’ve seen on these forums that sometimes they do look at it in combination with other factors. Anything below 98.6 is poor on eBay, and yours is 83%.

·1 year agoHi @happy_cart_stop and welcome.
eBay does not make exceptions.
With zillions of sellers, it does not have the resources to do so. So you will need to do your best to meet their request. Surely you have some kind of receipts? They may not be from a supplier per se, but if you made purchases for the purpose of resale, there would be documentation to back up the acquisition?
