eBay sent me a survey on my experience as a seller over the past 30-days. It was in my messages. I don't know how often they do this or whether everybody got it or only some of us. Make sure to check your messages though, and take the time to do the survey. A lot of the issues they asked questions about are the day-to-day issues we see come up here every day. So if you are one fo those who moans and complains, if you get the survey, this is your chance to moan and complain to eBay and not to your fellow sellers.

·2 weeks agoThey don't send them to everyone. As far as I know they randomly select a certain number of members to send surveys to. I get them sometimes and sometimes I don't. I wish I would get this one as I agree with you, it is important to fill out these surveys, Ebay actually does pay attention to the data collected from them.

·2 weeks agoI get them periodically (once or twice a year). Yes, I certainly mention the issues that we, as sellers, run into that we don't like. To date, ebay seems to have never taken any steps to address a sellers issue. Things are pretty much the way they have been for years now.
