eBay stole my money!
I Sold a Louis Vuitton wallet, and buyer issued a return saying I didn't describe the item well. I clearly did as was stated by an eBay agent when I called to ask them to step in. They assured me I wouldn't be forced to accept the return. A few days later I get an email saying the exact opposite. Not only was I being forced to accept the return, but I had to pay for shipping back. eBay issued a return label and it was sent to my old address. To my add to the situation I moved during those days so the old building rejected the package. It was sent back to the buyer and that was the end of the wallet. by this time eBay had withdrawn my funds and the buyer had the wallet and refund.
I have explained repeatedly to numerous eBay agents and they still don't understand that don't have the wallet and that they stole from me. I am crying in frustration as I can't believe a company that have used for so many years s treating me like this.
Nobody is willing to help, nobody in eBay cares, that the buyer took advantage of eBay's policies. It is not fair.
Please somebody help me!

·3 years agoI’m right there with you eBay stole from me. Also, I sent back an Apple Watch that was broken when I got it and the seller is trying to say they never received it and eBay won’t back up the sale. They’re telling me that I just got to take it I bought a lot of stuff from eBay and they just crapped all over me so I won’t be buying anything else from eBay.

·3 years agoWhat does the latest tracking scan on your return package show? You do need to show a Delivered status before getting a refund if the seller requires a return first.

This is a problem easily avoided, all you need to do is ship the item back WITH tracking. If tracking shows delivered to the seller, no matter what they say, Ebay would support you.
I take it that you did not ship the item back with tracking? Why would you do that? Didn't you use the return label provided by the seller?
