Ebay stealing money from sellers when foreign buyers refuse to pick up items.
I have recently had a situation when a Foreign buyer refused to pick up his item from the post office.
The item tracks to his post office. He claims Item not received. I contacted the USPS and they confirmed the item is sitting at his post office. eBay took the money out of my account. eBay refused to accept an appeal. I have a black mark on my account for not refunding the seller for a LOST item. The item is not lost and it is sitting in Chile where it has been sitting since October 5th 2020. It is now December 13th 2020!! The claim was filed over 4 months after the item was shipped. This buyer obviously had changed his mind ( buyer remorse) and does not want the item so he refused to pick it up. Ebay promises seller protection , but sellers get seller robbery from eBay, not protection. I am interested in class action. I think eBay needs to be held responsible for these buyers. Sellers bend over backwards to do what they are supposed to do and get reamed by eBay for the money and the shipping as well as get strikes against their account. As a top rated seller I can no longer put up with this type Company after 20 years and near $1,000,000 in sales I am ready to fight back. This is STEALING from sellers and it just isn't fair to us. Anyone who wants to help stop this unfair treatment of sellers let me know. I am planning on offloading my inventory and starting a legal action team that works against eBay for abusive business practices.
We are at a time where small business needs protection someone has to start the ball rolling, I have the ball just need some players.

·3 years agoWith respect ivd been both a seller and buyer and sellers are also very sly and dishonest too. I regularly as a buyer have to deal with sellers wi either fail to ship items I've paid for get to keep my money and resell with the backing of ebay who have stated they know its fraud but don't give a rats **bleep** and recently with the UK royal mail strike patches are bring automatically sent back to ebay sellers and ebay have decided that the strike is the fault of the public and so have refused to refund me for parcels sent back by the carrier that I never received. EBay have told me that legally UK customers are not entitled to refunds if parcels are returned by the carrier due to industrial action and the seller will get the automatic right to keep the money svd item to resell for fitter profit. So with respect don't moan to me about being deceived as I'm an honest buyer and was an honest seller and buyers get all the blame when sellers are completely protected by the fears they hide behind and automatically believed. If it's a problem go sell somewhere else if you can't take it, sellers are just as dishonest and fraudulent as 99.9 per cent of people works wide.

·3 years agoRecently my issue is that agents informed me they had been into my account falsified the tracking info to make it appear a parcel had been delivered when the seller had had it for 4 weeks! It was explained because I'd reported ebay foreign agents to law enforcement and it was confirmed as fraud they falsified the tracking info hoping the police would not believe me but I had taken screen shots as proof and spoken to carrier who backed me up and agents admitted fraud so tracking info isn't reliable and can be falsified by ebay to suit their agenda especially if agents are involved in a fraud ring. Although eBay said they know agents falsified the tracking and commited fraud they will not be dealing with the agents responsible as fraud is a minor crime and acceptable behaviour on ebay TCS and Cs its just that buyers cannot report fraud but sellers can invent it and get refunded for goods never even shipped! One rule for one depending on who's benefiting from the theft of customer money.
