ebay sold listings research-what happened?

When I am getting ready to list an item that is new to me, for years I have went to "completed items" and looked at the sold listings for information on pricing. I have also clicked on the items that have sold for the highest prices so as to structure my listing in a similar fashion and save time.
But now, when I click on a completed listing it now longer shows me that listing. Instead, I get a page that says "we found something similar" and shows me a "live" listing. The sold listing that I tried to view is nowhere to be found. Totally useless.
I know I'm not the only one that uses this method for listing items. Does ebay have no idea how it's sellers use the platform? I am so frustrated with the constant changes that end up being detrimental and make my job as a seller more difficult

·3 years agoI just used the sold items search and it worked as always. It could have been a glitch or that item aged off? Try it again.

If you click the "image" (in the box on top of the alternate listing you are viewing) it will take you to that old listing
(hope i made sense)
