they hold my money and shut my shop. or they are not like before. no deals .

what is happend here?

even chat with ebay i can not chat.

can you help ?

i close my shope in ebay because of behave ebay.

Did you refund anyone without eBay doing it?

If an item was not received...did you refund?

Did you cancel any sale or use an 'out of stock' as a reason?

Just a few can cause a problem in an account.

Lately the ABSURD BBE (Bad Buyer Experience) evaluation (imposed by ebay ~2years ago) started KILLING sellers (PERMANENTLY restrict selling=end abruptly ALL your listings + prohibit any activation of new listings FOR EVER) faster and faster...

I had 2 well established "ebay top rated seller" accounts with 1000's of almost constantly 100% pos. feedback, but because it happened to get a few "Item Not Received" cases and purchase cancellations in a short time, ebay practically CLOSED PERMANENTLY both of my accounts, in less than a month time!

Well done ebay, you just lost 1000's $ of revenues/year+ 100's of buyers , and this is already happening with 1000's of other (mostly small- medium) sellers too...
