Ebay seller return metric
I'm wondering if someone can help me understand the Seller return % published by ebay. I was under the impression that only INAD and policy violations are included. But I show 11 returns for the last year which includes 4 "didn't fit or did not like" as well as two where the buyer opened a case but never shipped the item back. Are those included in the calculation and possibly held against me if the % is too high?

Under the Performance tab, click on Seller Level. This shows All returns, including Abandoned Returns, meaning the buyer never sent the item back.

Under the Performance tab, click on Service Metrics. This shows a lesser number of returns, usually. These are the ones that can get Limitations put on your account like the Penalty Final Value Fee, a reduced number of listings or a reduced selling limit dollar amount.
