eBay sales have gone down this past week!
I've been an ebay seller for over 10 years with my business as a manufacturer "Zarate Steel Works" we sell aftermarket automotive parts on ebay motors. I need help please! I've been trying to get ahold of a representative who can help me with my marketing campaign. My sales fell off since 1/16/2026 and I just read on REDDIT so many sellers are complaining about lost sales and decreased visibility on their products. When I googled Gemini Ai and asked what happened it informed me that eBay did a major Update on 1/13/2026 and shifted the marketing model from "pay-per-performance" to a more "pay-for-participation" model. Not understanding what I need to do next. I'd really appreciate if someone can call me please. I did try reaching out Tuesday and your 3rd party reps were not of help AT ALL. Back on 10/6/2024 I had a meeting with Diane Mudrow for a "promoted listings consultation" and man she helped me out so much. I know your probably thinking well sales are unpredictable, NO this is not the case in the history of selling on ebay I've never gone more than a few days without a sale. You can look at my numbers and see something in your marketing strategies model updates affected me tremendously. I use eBay not only to show case our products to all over the world but also it helps me as a small business. ebay Please change your marketing campaign model rules! Someone please help!
