Ebay restricted my seller account due to change of US to Uk market
My account is top rated in USA but my virtual assistant has no more knowledge about UK policy and changed USA to UK market. I have no VAT number of UK. I want back my account UK to USA market. How I appeal to eBay reopen my account on previous USA market. Plz help me

·2 years agoWhat did the notification from eBay say regarding your account?? Difficult to assess what the issue is without additional information. As others noted you are drop shipping. You are located in Pakistan and your items are shipping out of DeKalb, Illinois. Also your feedback and seller rating are less than optimal. You have 2 negatives and 4 neutrals 3 of which should probably have been negatives.
EBay does not suspend sellers based on feedback but it is usually an indicator that something is less than favorable with their seller metrics. What do the following metrics look like on your seller hub page?

As a seller who is not registered in the U.S. or Canada, you have different standards to meet, and it looks like you have not met them in order to continue to sell on eBay.com or eBay.ca.
eBay is clamping down on dropshippers, sellers who misrepresent item locations, sellers who are taking orders on eBay and then having the items shipped from retailers, etc. And they're clamping down not a moment too soon.
I would love to know who would pay $50 for six rolls of paper towels or 18 rolls of toilet tissue.

·2 years agoAlso a top rated 20+ year seller here. My Store has been shut down also. I keep calling agents trying to get help. I do everything they request and I am still getting denied with no answers. They just keep telling me the same thing. "Everything will be fixed and email is being sent to the approval department".
Hopefully your store gets reopened soon!

·2 years agoYou should be able to just stop listing drop-shipped items that are located in the UK, on eBay UK.
What happens if you just go back to listings items that are located in the USA, on ebay.com?
Have you been restricted from selling in the USA and Canada?

You're not top-rated on eBay USA any more.
These are the eBay seller performance requirements you needed to meet. If you have lost your top-rated-seller, and are not allowed to sell on eBay USA or eBay Canada any more, then this is why. There is information on these pages about what you need (or needed) to do to be able to continue selling.

What is a virtual assistant? Sorry for your situation. Unfortunately, no one here can help you. We are buyers and sellers like yourself and have no power, only advice.
From the looks of your account you were drop shipping, possibly 3rd party drop shipping. Your items were being shipped from the US, but you as a seller are located in Pakistan. We are seeing this type of selling behavior a lot from your area and it is against eBay policy. eBay is shutting down many accounts who display this type of selling behavior due to Bad Buyer Experiences. You have several unhappy customers stating they are not receiving their items. That will happen with drop shipping as it is a risky business platform. Sorry. I doubt your account will be re instated.

OP2 years agoThanx to response. Virtual assistant mean My assistant operating my account. My dear 90 sellers are drop shippers on Ebay out of 100. My account is top rated having good reputation. My first priority is my customer. Plz give me right way to resolve my issue.

On eBay, 97% feedback is not good. You are not top rated. You need to contact eBay customer service at the top of your page and see what you need to do next if anything. Here's the link:

·2 years agoNonsense! 90% of eBay sellers are certainly not dropshippers.
And while eBay does allow legitimate dropshipping, where a seller has a contract with a manufacturer or wholesaler, it does not allow the kind of dropshipping that you were engaged in, in any event.

·2 years agoYOU might like to think so bu you're wrong. The majority of sellers here (especially in the USA) actually INVEST in inventory which they have on hand when it sells.
You, on the other hand, own none of your inventory and just buy it elsewhere when you make a sale and have it shipped to your buyers.
