Ebay reseted and stole my money
I was selling some monopoly go stickers and had a great feeback. After two weeks when I was finally get my payments they block the payments saying that my account is being analysed. After 5 days they just 'clean' all my money . I had almost 400€ to receive. I sent a lot of emails. None was returned
Did this happened with someone else? Is this legal? Where can I complain with legal proposes? I'm from Europe.

If you decide to sell allowed items on ebay in the future, understand that ebay has a payment process through which you receive payments. Telling buyers "In order to buy please pay, send me the link with a photo so I can do the transaction securely" isn't a safe and approved payment method.
I commend you for your humble acceptance of your error. It's rare that a poster understands and accepts their mistakes when a problem is of their own doing.

OP2 years agoThat's a miss understanding due to my bad explanation. But the payment method is the ebay's standard. That part of the ad is to the transaction of the item, so I can send correctly and make no mistakes.

·2 years agoI'm sorry, but you don't own your Monopology Go account or any of the in-game items, and you're not allowed to sell them.
Under the Terms and Conditions for the online game Monopoly Go, which is owned and managed by Scopely, players do not own their accounts, or any virtual currency or in-game items that they acquire in the game, they are owned by Scopely. Scopely expressly forbids selling or transferring in-game items.
eBay does not allow virtual items to be sold unless the seller legally owns the items, and is legally entitled to sell them. Gaming accounts and in-game items are only allowed to be sold if the game rules, terms and conditions allow it.

There is no need to remove this post. The forum moderators don't remove posts like this because they can be very helpful to other users who may have a similar problem, and can get useful information.

·2 years agoI think what they meant by that is do you own the rights to the game? Are you allowed to sell digital copies of the game? The rights owner could have filed a claim with eBay.

Sounds to me eBay released your money to you.
The money had to have gone either to your Payoneer account or a bank account what ever type of account you set up to receive your payouts it doesn’t just disappear. In your financial summary under your payments tab, look in recent activity it will tell you where your funds went.
If your not seeing this in a mobile app use a browser to view activities in your seller hub.

Pagamentos means payment
And I had almost 400€ yesterday, option to refund payments etc
I can't post a picture but they actually cleaned everything and the money is not on my bank account!!
