eBay removed an "adult" comic, but it isn't! Now I'm banned from listing and my listings are removed

I am **bleep** livid!

I got a listing removed because it supposedly went against eBays No Adults policy. Thing is, the item in question WASN"T an adult book! Yet I am banned from listing and my items have been removed from eBay's search, totally screwing me and my sales.

I need to "talk" to someone at eBay about this **bleep**. Any suggestions?

They removed religious art I had for sale because it had a bare chested man and told me it was an adult item. Site is broken

The funny thing is there is a listing under nudes that has 8,000 pics. And thatâ€™s actually nudity. Or sex toys thereâ€™s a 100,000 listings with graphic nudity. I donâ€™t understand. I had two different people at eBay tell me two different things about what to list. There needs to be something in writing if itâ€™s not allowed.
